Sharon Snow
I enjoy painting scenes of this beautiful Okanagan Valley. I paint in acrylics and mostly from photographs or sketches I’ve done, many of them of vineyards, cliffs, and the valley lakes. I like to enhance the colours and make the sky and the lakes a bit bluer, the cliff shadows a bit more purple, and the vineyards a brighter yellow/green than they really are. I want viewers to enjoy looking at my paintings and recognize the scenes that may bring happy memories to them.
