Ilene Steele

I am a watercolorist who paints with detail and passion. My favourite subjects are objects with history such as vintage vehicles, old buildings, etc. As I paint these, I try to image who owned the vehicles, were they driven for work, did a family go to church in them? I not only have the pleasure of watching the paint work its magic on the paper, I get to create in my mind a story around my subject.

I have a thirst for learning more about art and thoroughly enjoy sharing art with others.
